Crawley u3a offers a wide variety of interest groups
From the Groups List further down this page, you can view all the groups currently available and you can see whether the group has spaces and when it runs. You can also use the List to search by Topic, Day of the Week, and Venue where a Group meets.

Or, you can use the Groups Directory List - 11 February 2026, but this list does not indicate whether the group has vacancies.

Wanting to attend a Group if you're a member
If you wish to attend a group, you first need to contact the respective person running that group. You can do this by clicking on a group in the List below and sending the contact person an email message. Or, you can use our Groups Directory List - 11 February 2026 to find a telephone number for the contact person for the Group. Please do not just turn up.

And for Non u3a Members please note that prior to joining Crawley u3a you are able to attend two separate u3a activities as a try-out before being required to become a member. This can be a single meeting of up to two different Groups or one Group meeting and one Monthly meeting. It is not possible to become a member of a Group on an ongoing basis if you are not a member of a u3a organisation. Refer to the Join Us page for information about becoming a u3a member.

For existing members there is no restriction on the number of groups you are able to try out. Many of our groups allow you attend the first session free, but when you contact the person running the group, you can also check to find out if there are any fees payable.
