Please contact the Group Leader if you wish to join this group as, with effect from January 2026 meetings will be held on the 4th Wednesday of the month instead of a Thursday.

At the end of each session we choose a theme. We each prepare a story or account based on that theme. Sometimes a member will say that they haven`t had an idea for a story but it doesn’t matter because part of our meeting is the listening and the discussion we have which everybody contributes to.

Our last themes have been; Colour, Weight ,The Seaside and Sport. The theme is just a starting off point and the stories are varied and interesting. Over the years we have come to really enjoy one another’s company and look forward to the meetings.
