Activities

We are by no means serious quizzers - apart from a few diehards - and just enjoy an afternoon of stretching our brains answering general knowledge questions accompanied by tea and biscuits. We organise ourselves into random teams of four or five each month, determined by individuals selecting a letter from the hat. One of us acts as Question Master and the teams get awarded points according to their team’s position at the end of the session. At the end of the year individual points are tallied and the winner gets a prize!

Round up of 2025
We have had another successful year of Quizzing and have had some entertaining quizzes set by our members which gets our grey matter working! We finished off the year with an excellent Christmas lunch where, of course, we had a quiz between courses!
