Access to building
The Scout building is at the end of Friston Walk. There is a gated entrance for pedestrians and a separate gated entrance for vehicles. The vehicle access is only open when there is a u3a session scheduled.
Access for wheelchair users
Yes. Although there is a flat entrance, it should be noted it is across uneven gravel. Both the entrance doorway and the doorway to the Hall are double doors, which open wide for wheelchair accessibility, although the doors are not automated. For anyone using walking aids, they could access the building.

Not available.
Access to Toilets
Toilets (both for male and female) are available, and there is a separate wheelchair accessible toilet.
Parking
There is parking for approximately 6 vehicles (although there are no marked bays). If the car park is full, additional parking is available on the road opposite the Scout Hut in Friston Walk. One road (Little Paddocks Close) nearby is resident only – do not park in this road.
Refreshment Facilities
There is a kitchen available, where hot and cold drinks can be made. Any refreshment facilities will be advised by the Group Leader for each session.
Bus Route
The No. 2 bus services Ifield. The bus stops in both directions are in Warren Drive (stop: Ifield Green), which is approximately 200 yards to the walk-through leading to Friston Walk – directly opposite to Ifield Green road.
