Trustee Reports

Any member may attend a Quarterly Committee Meeting as an observer, and it is certainly recommended if you are considering becoming a Trustee (i.e. a member of the Committee). The dates and times of the future Quarterly Meetings are shown on the For Trustees page. If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact the Secretary prior to the meeting.

We include below Committee documents for the last 12 months. Documents for Committee meetings before this may be obtained from the Secretary.

The Quarterly Meeting Agendas, Papers & Minutes represent the formal Trustee meetings our Constitution obliges us to hold. Because of the long gaps between the formal meetings, we also produce Trustee Progress Reports on a more regular basis to inform both Trustees, Group Leaders, and any other interested members about the various matters the Committee is working upon.
