Information on the annual membership fees, their current cost level and how they are set, gift aid, and group fees.
How we set the Membership Fees
Our membership year runs from 1st September to 31st August. Membership fees for the forthcoming membership year are proposed by the Committee two to three months before the start of the membership year. Members then have the opportunity to vote as to whether they approve the committee’s proposals. This vote takes place at a monthly meeting, or, if the Committee proposes a significant change, at a specially convened meeting open to all members.
For a full explanation of how the Committee decides what level of fees to propose, please see Setting of Membership Fees for 2024-25.
