| Access to building | Doors lead into the building from a flat surfaced area. The room being used for the u3a activity is on the Ground Floor. |
| Access for wheelchair users | Yes. All public areas of the building are accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. |
| Hearing Assistance System | Yes. In addition, all rooms have Wi-Fi access and are fitted with air conditioning. Projectors, screens, speakers, flip charts, and microphones can be supplied if required. |
| Access to Toilets | Both male and female toilets are available on the Ground Floor, and there is also a separate wheelchair accessible toilet. |
| Parking | Parking is available at the rear of the Charis Centre from Town Barn Road. A small narrow driveway signposted for West Green Primary School & the Charis Centre (with children crossing sign) indicates the entranceway to the car park. |
| Refreshment Facilities | A café is available on premises, and refreshment can be catered for on request. Members may bring their own refreshments. No access to kitchen facilities. |
| Bus Route | The No. 2 & 3 buses service West Green. The bus stops in both directions are in West Green Drive (stop: Apple Tree), which is approximately 100 yards to the entrance of the Charis Centre |
