This monthly meeting will follow after the conclusion of the Special General Meeting, which is to be held at 2.00pm. Entrance to the Friary will be from 1.30pm for the Special General Meeting.
Please note that the Monthly Meeting is expected to start at 2.30pm, but the timings may alter a little. See separate notice for the Special General meeting.
If you are coming solely for the Monthly Meeting, spaces in the Main Hall may be available at the conclusion of the Special Meeting when some members may leave, However, if you have attended the Special General Meeting you are more than welcome to stay on for the Monthly Meeting.
