ACTIVITIES
Folk Dancing is good for you, both physically mentally, as well as being a social activity.
Dances and music are chosen to suit the group. The group walks through each dance together, the moves are carefully explained, the music is played and then the group does the dance, a verbal lead being given as necessary.
Soft shoes are recommended.
