Communications Coordinator - VACANT
Oversees external and internal communication, marketing, and publicity and ensuring they are properly co-ordinated.

Events Team (4 vacancies)
Events Coordinator - VACANT
Coordinates the different events, refreshing their formats where required and possibly developing new ones. Working Groups will oversee the delivery of larger events, such as Celebration/Open Days, Events, and the Coordinator would lead and/or support these Working Groups.
Speaker Organiser - VACANT
Liz Tennant has completed her term of office, but she has arranged speakers up to October 2026 inclusive
Seasonal Outings Organiser - VACANT
Liz Tenant has completed her term of office, but is organising trips to Spring 2026.
2026 Coffee Morning Organiser - VACANT
Systems Team (1 vacancy)
Systems Coordinator- VACANT
To oversee and co-ordinate where possible Crawley u3a’s various IT applications, and to develop the general IT infrastructure, including a file sharing and storage system.
Group Activity Team (2 vacancies)
Group Development Coordinator - VACANT
To develop the range of Activity Groups offered, and supporting Group Leaders when required.
Deputy Beacon Administrator - VACANT

Ensures all equipment items are maintained, PAT tested, and their whereabouts at any one time known.
